If you use the signup form on this site, we collect your email address. We don't collect names, payment details, or anything else through that form.

If we add site analytics, it will be privacy-focused and won't use cookies or track you individually — we're only interested in aggregate numbers like page views.

Why we collect it

Your email address is used to send you updates about Hexagen Games and our titles — announcements, progress updates, and similar news. Nothing more.

Who processes it

We use Mailchimp to store email addresses and send updates. Your information is subject to Mailchimp's own privacy practices in addition to ours; you can read their policy at mailchimp.com/legal/privacy.

We don't sell or share your email address with anyone else.

Your choices

• Every email we send includes an unsubscribe link. One click removes you from the list.
• You can ask us to delete your data entirely by emailing us at the address below — we'll remove it from Mailchimp on request.

If this policy changes in a meaningful way, we'll update the date at the top of this page.
